B | 1952年9月参加工作，1959年12月加入中国共产党。先后任国营122厂设计科设计组长，国营112厂飞机设计室设计组长，601所机身室主任，603所副所长、总设计师、歼轰7飞机总设计师，西安飞机工业公司常务副总经理。1999年12月当选为中国工程院院士。陈一坚同志从事飞机设计研究工作40余年，为歼教1、初教6、强5、运7、歼轰7等多个飞机型号的设计研制倾注了满腔热忱与毕生心血。歼轰7飞机的成功研制，填补了中国空、海军航空兵装备机种的空白，为部队提供了一型对地对海攻击的新型武器，满足了国防现代化建设急需，促进提升了中国飞机设计、试验、制造水平。

C | 作为国家大飞机论证组成员，陈一坚同志还为大飞机等国家重点型号立项做出了积极而富有成效的努力。陈一坚同志忠诚奉献、矢志报国，荣获国家科技进步奖特等奖1项、国家科技进步奖二等奖1项，部级科技进步奖一等奖4项、二等奖1项，荣立部级一等功2次。
